Personal Information​

Below is a categorized list of commonly used macOS shortcuts, combining high-frequency usage scenarios and efficiency improvement techniques:

1. System-Level Operations​

  1. Quick Search
    ⌘ + Space – Open Spotlight search for finding files, applications, calculations, etc.
    ⌃ + ⌘ + Space – Open the system emoji panel.

  2. Window Management

    • ⌘ + Tab – Switch between open applications.
    • ⌘ + H – Hide the current window; ⌥ + ⌘ + H – Hide all other windows.

  3. Screenshot & Screen Recording

    • ⌘ + Shift + 3 – Capture the entire screen.
    • ⌘ + Shift + 4 – Capture a selected area (press Space to capture a window).
    • ⌘ + Shift + 5 – Open the advanced screenshot/recording menu.

  4. Force Operations

    • ⌘ + ⌥ + Esc – Force quit unresponsive applications.
    • ⌃ + ⌘ + Power button – Force shutdown.

2. Files & Finder​

    • ⌘ + ⇧ + T – Reopen the last closed tab.
    • ⌘ + N – Open a new window.

  2. Navigation

    • ⌘ + L – Focus the address bar.
